When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes approximately 7–14 business days after your order is processed. Please note that holidays, high order volumes, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We're working on expanding our shipping options and will update our policy as soon as faster delivery becomes available.
Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship products separately if they come from different fulfillment partners. Don’t worry—tracking will be provided for each package.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll announce it via our newsletter and social media.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update after shipment.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
