Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Third-Party Fulfillment: Because we work with multiple trusted fulfillment partners, processing times may vary depending on item availability and supplier location.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. only): Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Note: All delivery estimates are approximate. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or supplier-related issues beyond our control.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the order leaves the warehouse.


Multiple Shipments

To reduce wait time, your order may arrive in multiple packages if it contains items fulfilled by different suppliers. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.


International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We’ll update our policy if international shipping becomes available in the future.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once it becomes available. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control. If an unusual delay occurs, contact us at info@starduststarlets.com and we will review the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Stardust Starlets is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, any refund issued may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and handling fees.


Free Shipping Policy

Stardust Starlets offers free shipping on eligible orders shipped to US states only.

Eligibility

Free shipping applies only to standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

Exclusions

Free shipping may not apply to:

  • oversized or freight items

  • certain remote locations

  • international orders

  • rush or expedited shipping

  • special-order or custom items

If an item or destination is not eligible for free shipping, the shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with free shipping may still arrive in separate packages from different suppliers.

Returns and Free Shipping

If an order with free shipping is returned, and the return causes the order total to fall below any free shipping threshold, Stardust Starlets reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund where permitted by law.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or end free shipping promotions at any time without notice.
