      For returns and exchanges due to quality issues, the seller will cover the shipping costs. For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the buyer will need to cover the shipping costs themselves.

The following situations do not constitute jewelry quality issues:

1. Due to the oxidation effect of air, skin secretions, oils, and sweat on silver jewelry, it may develop blackening over time

  It is recommended to regularly clean and maintain your jewelry. When not wearing it, try to store it tightly sealed and avoid wearing it while sweating or bathing!

2. Since the silver needle is soft and easily bends, you can gently straighten it by hand without affecting normal wear!

3. Materials such as wood, resin, pearls, agate, and shells inevitably have minor scratches during handmade production, but they do not affect normal wear!

4. All jewelry from our factory are treated with anti-allergy techniques. Since everyone's body is different, it's inevitable that a few people may be allergic to metals!

5. All products in our factory are taken from real objects. Due to differences in phone and computer screens and lighting conditions, there may be color variations. Please refer to the actual product color for accuracy!

  6. Some models may have a material smell due to their special materials, such as acrylic and ABS pearls. If this is unacceptable, please be cautious before purchasing!
